God is awesomely Great! Sat aft svc, we had some mahjong session at canice's place till midnight. Before boarding the last bus, i dropped my wallet at her place. Thinking that's all for my careless habit, God has a weird sense of humor--allowing me to lose my wallet again within 15min!
Aft bidding good bye to YS n seeing him boarded a taxi, i finally realised i left my wallet conveniently on the bus. Hence, i sprinted all the way to SR interchange, even jaywalked(i.e i jumped over a 1.5m green fence/barrier!)!
Upon reaching the deserted terminal, there's no sight of my last bus--103M! Desperately, i pleaded with bus 82 uncle to at least send me to depot, so that i an retrieve my thing. To my great dismay, he said he cant help me, quoted 'come tmr morning n spent ur nite here'.
When my hope was dashed, that's when i had an emo time. I frantically called every of my frens in the vicinity. However, at my 1st defense no 1 came to my rescue, let alone picking up my emergency calls.
Aft resigning to fate, i jus realise i had an aunt who lived there. So i phoned her. Once again, my cries were unattended! Sadly, i walked up and down the road, even try my very best to knock on the door of my 4th aunt. However, to no avail.
THEN, as if there's light shinin down fr heaven, a buddy called! the hero in dazzling armor is none other than Joseph Tan! He invited me to his hse and even treat me VERY hospitably!
As if all these wasnt enough, we even had some heart-to-heart chat!
Moving on, i went to the station in the morning, yet as expected, my black, square bi pao wasnt found. So i went work with an extremely heavy heart, thinking of my lost IC, ATM, n EZ-link, hse key, etc.
GOD really ans prayers. At 1400hrs, the station master called n said that an all-honest bus captain came fwd n return my precious, in tact! Overjoyed, i headed down aft work! God bless the Captain. May he be blessed and promoted!
(God, is this ur usual way of dealing with me, a mere man?)
It was indeed an eventful valentine week! I had acquired much. From restoring my relationship with God as i did some soul-searching, to learn to trust God n ppl.
Now, next wk, i wanna see JC NORTH filling up 7 rows, with YJ taking 4! May there be visitors n CONVERTS! God bless yishun jc!
