Do you know the power of CG? Well, personally i experience it 1st hand! It was always a great feeling to attend CG, as one would feel spiritually stronger and stuff.
Today, after attending CG, although it's just a dinner, i felt very great abt it! I think it was a MARVELLOUS idea to have cg in the midweek, so tt every1 can meet one another and God!
Just 2 wks ago, when we had CG on thur (24 jan), then on sat, the whole YJ cg pon svc, as we had CVD--a funfair. The thur CG was awesome as all of us are touched and challenged by God. The CG is able to sustain us to next wk, when we had BBQ, before going svc on that sat, which is last wk!
No wonder i felt so great when attending svc last wk, as if i was deprived of God for a wk! Anyway, i was extremely glad that i attended svc, since it mentioned sth that's close to my heart--FAMILY.
Seriously, without CG on midweek, i doubt i could barely survive in this wrecked earth, where it was filled with unreasonable ppl and circumstances..
Hence, i'm a strong advocate for CAREGROUP! It was indeed ESSENTIAL!
